- Door Bar gives you a stable base for chin-ups and other exercises. Mount this door bar into any doorframe from 71.5-100 cm wide. You can mount it with included hardware, or pressure-mount it for light work such as sit ups. It supports up to 100kgs.

Step 1: Use bar for measuring the door width first
Step 2: Find suitable hole for placing bolt and fixed
Step 3: Placing bar in proper height, left hand holds the bar and using right hand turns the adjustable knob to demand place
Step 4: Have bar fixed on door tightly.
The distance range for the door bar is within 71.5cm to 105cm. There have 10 fixed holes; every hole has adjustable length 3.5cm, distance from hole to hole is 3 cm.
